Andrew Cooper heads a team in our in our Kent office, based in Sittingbourne, that has a wide experience dealing with legal practices.

We are able to assist legal firms comply with the strict legislation surrounding the holding of client money by carrying out Solicitors’ Accounts Rules (SAR) audits, as well as deal with the compliance services of year end accounts preparation and tax return work.

Our tax planning advice is often appreciated by our solicitor clients, and we can assist with matters such as inheritance tax planning and the setting up of trusts.

Medical Practices

Liz Jordan deals with a number of medical practices, and is experienced in dealing with all of the issues that are important to this sector.

She can assist with with the preparation of accounts, the tax treatment of different types of income and NHS funding, and advisory matters such as profit-sharing and succession and retirement.

Liz and her team are also fully conversant with the NHS superannuation scheme, and can assist with the completon of NHS superannuation certificates.
