Allan Hickie

Allan joined the practice in 1999 from university.  Qualifying in 2002, he became a partner in 2007 after working his way up through the firm.

Allan has a broad experience covering most industry sectors.  He is the firm’s audit compliance partner, dealing with a range of clients from UK subsidiaries of overseas groups to owner-managed businesses.  Allan leads our education team in Kent, and is working with a rapidly growing number of Academy schools, advising them through the conversion period and beyond.  He also specialises in businesses operating in the property and construction sector, in addition to charities and not for profit organisations.

As the office technical coordinator Allan has experience in specialist areas such as quality control procedures and processes.  Allan also has experience of due diligence work.

Allan is married, and has two young daughters, and so when he is not at work time tends to get eaten up rather quickly!  He also acts as Treasurer for his local village hall.
